Introducing The Resilient Kid Programme
Expertly crafted by Ashley Costello, a psychotherapist with nearly 30 years of experience, The Resilient Kid Programme is designed for children aged 4–12.
This engaging 12-week programme is delivered by dedicated coaches through fun and interactive activities. It supports children to build confidence, understand their brains and manage big emotions.
Each child can focus on their own unique challenges, such as anger, anxiety or confidence, using bespoke workbooks and activities chosen especially for them.
